So your telling me before that The Marines, Seamen, Soldiers and so on would refuse to let anything be read during the folding ceremony? I find that hard to believe. Its a nice notion to have in writing but is writing it necessary?

Same thing it was yesterday isn't it. Only volunteers may do it.

Hey, I am just the messenger. I did
not write the rules and regulations.

My prediction is that those who serve
in the military and are not citizens of
the US of A, will be able to have their
country's flag of origin used instead of
Ol' Glory'.

When that happens, maybe we will get
off our arses and get something done
about it.
