That really is an awesome commercial.
Reminds me of everytime I am running around off post in uniform and sometimes random people come up and tell me "Thank you" and want to shake my hand. It is always kind of awkward and embarrassing, not because it is unappreciated, but because to me it doesn't always seem to warrant it, even in a military town where there are signs EVERYWHERE showing support. BUT, it always tugs at the heart. Thanks for sharing that.

Actually, this commercial was place/ran during the superbowl few yares back and it was based on a true occurance at the Atlanta Aiport (more ever since). I was at the terminal eating and having a beer when several dozen soldiers where walking, the entire terminal broke into applause and cheers...and did not stop for a good 10 minutes.
For those of us who travel a lot, it's not unique to the Atlanta airport...(Dallas, Charlotte, Denver...etc). I still get chills....To all that are coming home or going..., thank you!

I was suprised this summer at how many soldiers there were. Good comercial, but from what I saw, it'd get pretty old if you shook the hand of every soldier that came through.
