Pretty much any place in public with lots of people, especially places that are high profile targets.

I've been out of the Army since 1991. I still hate to sit with my back to a door.

On the end of a shovel (etool) for me.
Or when I was with a volunteer FD, putting on a full set of bunker and SCBA gear.

I was a Medical technician.
Being in a freaking hospital was the worst for me. My Blood Pressure would hit the roof. And everytime they'ed threaten me with Blood Presure medicine.
Had to record my BP several times a day for a month to finally convince them.
Probubly didn't help much I wouldn't admit to having PSTD.
Just remember you aren't crazy.

as a concealed carrier/Marine that hates his back to the door, F the world use the handicapped stall, so no one can pop the door into you, stand so your 90 degrees offset to both the toilet and the door. Its conceptually funny but doesn't make me twitch.

funny you mentioned the handicap stall...i 'wait' and use that one at work everytime for a deuce b/c i like that it's larger and not beside any other stalls AND the door opens OUTWARD! i didn't even know that's what i was doing with liking that door!
i am actually a little surprised that others or "OK" w/a urinal in a public restroom! i went to the ATL airport recently and felt completely claustrophopic! they have this WAY Too TALL and WAY TOO protruding out 'privacy' mini-walls between urinals and i felt like i was completely 'trapped' w/no periphrals at all! i think next time I'm in there, i will use your handicap id!

I do fine in large crowds but I can't be in certain bars. The kind that are filled with young people drinking way too much. The ones I used to frequent not I can smell the testosterone in them and see to many young men trying to start trouble. So I just stay away from them.

Crowds. Dentist chair. Eye doctor
Public restrooms I generally try to avoid. I always watch the door. Roadsides and overpasses. I WILL NOT buy from a middle eastern ran store or gas station.
