I think he honestly did learn a lesson. And he volunteered to be taught it. I'd say he's probably not all bad but he definitely needs to work on his decision making skills a bit.

Justice served. And what a stand up guy! He tought him his lesson and then wanted to protect him from further retaliation. Good man right there!

I think its a funny story actually.

As far as burning a flag, I couldn't care less. We get bent out of shape for anyone stepping on our 2nd amendment rights, but when someone says something or does something that strikes a nerve, we forget about the 1st amendment. I don't want to live in a country where we all have to think alike. I want you to challenge me with your views and opinions and cause me to regularly pause and think. Hopefully I will do the same to you from time to time.

Only issue I have is that it wasn't his property that he destroyed.

And yes, I am a veteran.

That's all fine and dandy..I just want those that choose to offend others with their actions don't wine and cry like little beyotches when I choose to offend them back.

Burn an American flag - become a celebrity, win supporters for your cause, become a hero to the liberal community.

Defend scumbags' freedom to burn American flags by burning secret messages passed along by terrorists who murder their own women and children - go to prison.

Sounds wonderful

Fact of the matter is, this kid is very lucky he was caught by such a cool headed vet.

This happened a long time ago. Got a good laugh out of it, though.

Getting offended is part of your 1st Amendment freedoms as well. I'd die to protect your right to burn the flag but it still pisses me off to no end when people actually do it.
