I registered when I turned 18 in 1984 because it was the proper and legal thing to do. Safe to say, less than half of the people my age knew to register at that time because the draft hadn't been utilized for so long by then. I don't think I actually received a card, but if anyone ever asks I did register.

Still have mine 4F I still went to the induction center 4 times in 1968 but they would take me for any job. I was borned with duck feet so flat that I leave no impression of a foot when they tasted me. But I ask for a desk job and they said no,so I sayed home.
