i would like to get a set with a different color front than back.

Doubt you will find any used Trijicons on the site. New ones installed should run you about $120. I have green front yellow rear Trijicons.

Some places install them for free if you purchase the sights from them. That would put you at under $100 if they do. Other places will charge a install fee of $20 to probably $50.

Problem is, if you dont have a local gunsmith versed in Springfield XD sight installation/removal, he could really F*** your gun up bad. If you have to send it to someone who is qualified, such as Springer Precision, AJames or other smith (those listed are also XD Talk Sponsors) it will also cost you the shipping cost of your slide to that shop.

Do a search for "sight install" or look for user AJames, or click on Springer Precisions link in the Vendor forum. Their sites offer a chart of their charges and how to ship to them.
