Transfering Firearms
I have a question. I heard some people (I think Frenchy) say that they can sell a firearm to whoever they want without the need for paperwork. I was wondering if they have that same law in Tennessee. No real reason, (certainly not so a friend of mine can get me a couple lowers, then sell them to me without them being registered...)
