FS: XD 9 Compact Package $400
Not mine, no relation to the seller. He posted this over on HKPRO, and I figured it was a good enough deal to let fellow Xd'ers know about.

I also saw this good deal on HKPRO. Can someone tell me what the deal is with the hi cap mags they dont have any holes to tell how many rounds are left. Is this an early model thing?

Yes the smaller gun will always have more "kick" only because it is lighter. I cannot tell you the difference between the sc and the service I don't have the same caliber in both guns, but I don't think there is a huge difference. Any one else?

I have the XD9 in Service and SC. The difference to me is that the service tends to kick more straigh back into the hand and the SC lifts the muzzle more due to the shorter barrel and reduced weight. They're both very accurate but take getting used and adjustment to for any kind of speed shooting.

I have a service XD9 and an XD9SC as well... I actually shoot better with the SC than the Service. I like the recoil on the SC better.. but hey- that's me and I am not anyone else except myself.
