I tried to use my last post but it did not turn out so I started a new thread
I have a Xbox 360 that my wife wants me to sell we are going to have or 3rd kid ....and she wants a gilider and I have to buy it ...300 Shipped This is what it comes with It has been professionally modified to play burnt games in addition to regular games. It will read authentic games AND games backed-up onto dual-layer DVD's. It has also had all of the boards reinforced and has been updated to play original XBOX games. Includes a 20GB Hard Drive. Includes the factory wireless controller, factory TV/HDTV & Power cables, all factory literature/books, and comes in the original box. I am also including Gears of War Limited Collector's Editions

And I just bought one for my son yesterday for $335 , Halo 3 edition 3 months old. Day late and dollar short I guess. Bummer.

I know a lot of these modified boxes can't connect to xbox live. Is this one able to?

Still available? I'll take it! My wife will kick my ass, but I earned the right to veg a bit after completing Ranger school on Friday.
 How would you prefer payment? Just out of curiosity, should I get the red dot of death or whatever they're calling it, um...what recourse do I have with MS as far as warranty, seeing as how it's been modified? (Really, the modification is selling feature for me though--something I'd do anyway if I bought it new.)
