WTS: Beretta 92SF INOX NE Ohio

I have an as-new 93SF INOX Black controls - US Includes; original box, case, and docs, and (2) 15 round factory mags.

It is stamped "Y" on frame (Y1 on box) refurb from BUSA. For the life of me I could never see why, as it looked flawless from the moment I saw it - still does. I have shot approx. 4-6 mags through it. I am selling to buy another gun. Pics to follow.

Price $445. prefer FTF sale in OHIO
I will require a copy of your drivers license.

Thanks

Can I get a more close up shot of the gun? The pictures are just a little too small. Thanks!

By the way, I'm an Ohio resident and very interested.

Thanks

I am in Cleveland near downtown. I can meet you half way.
It's getting a bit late for more shots tonight. I'll post better ones after work on Monday. Be assured there are no flaws.

You could also leave me a paypal deposit to lock it up with balance upon inspection.

Please PM me if interested.

Thank you for the interest - I would like to move this along quickly.

No disrespect meant but with identity theft as bad as it is now days there is no way I would give you a copy of my ID. If you want to see there ID and write up something to sign and use it to confirm that they are who they say they are that would be fine. Having a copy of there ID might put some liability
on you also especially if there identity gets stolen down road. Just my .02 worth.

Texas,

For FTF transfer of a firearm in the state of Ohio, obtaining a copy of the drivers license is general practice.

I'm just trying to be safe. What is the general practice when shipping out of state to a FFL?

Are you interested in my firearm?

Not being a jerk, but I live in Ohio. Never done the driver's license thing for a FTF. Ever. As a matter of fact, if I had to go through the rigamarole, I would just go buy the gun new, unless it was a hell of a deal. If I have to give out my info, it defeats one of the benefits of FTF, at least to me. Don't get me wrong, I am not a felon, but I am not giving out my I.D. to some guy I don't know.

To your credit, you have the right to ask whatever you want. It is your gun, and your a$$. Do what makes you feel good. It is your right. It is up to the buyer to agree to your terms or not.

By the way, I am a big fan of the Inox 92's. I own several. All stainless though, no black for me. If you come up with a 92 Inox Brigadier, let me know. I am all over it, and for that, I would probably choke up my ID for ya!!

I think he just meant that he would make a photocopy of the ID, not actually need one of your real ID's.

I understand that. I never give mine out FTF. I can respect him for doing it, but I personally wouldn't go for it, unless the deal was right.

In Ohio, the only restriction is that you must not KNOWINGLY sell to a convicted felon or someone mentally incapacitated. A license doesn't tell you either of those things, so why ask for it?

Either way, that is a nice gun at a nice price. Consider this a "bump".

Same restriction in MN, BUT I will only sell if I get a copy of license or permit to purchase. Had a buyer decide not to buy, but that's ok. I had the BATF call me about a gun I sold a year ago. Turned up somewhere it wasn't supposed to be. If I only had a name, I'm not sure they would have believed that I had sold the gun. I could put down anyone's name and signature as a buyer, but without some proof they won't believe me. So, don't get too worked up if someone wants a copy of your ID. Just don't buy from them. But when it comes time for you to sell, I hope you get lots of ID from the buyer.
