WTT: Have Ruger MkII stainless, want .22 LR wheelgun (PA)

I have a nice Ruger MkII in stainless, standard barrel with fixed sights, 2 mags, excellent shape:

After shooting a S&W 63 at the range, I got a hankering for a revolver and am looking for either a S&W 63 or 617 or Taurus 94. If you have something like that and want a good MkII plus some cash, lemme know and we can work something out. FTF, I am in Montgomery County, PA and I'll pay the transfer fee at a local shop or drive a bit to yours.

Bonus: Christmas cookies to sweeten the deal.

Update: Ruger is gone and Taurus is in hand. Thanks to Snal!

Bodyguard

I have a LNIB Smith and Wesson 638 Bodyguard. It's a 38+P snubnose. If you might be interested.

Thanks for the reply, but I'm really looking for a .22 LR at this point. Those 638's look like just the item for no-fuss concealed carry that can pack a punch.

Answered my own question, found pics you posted here:

http://www.xdtalk.com/forums/showthread.php?p=814677

I take it the one in question is the little guy in the middle of the three on the left. Looks like MSRP of both guns new is/was pretty similar ($380-ish for the Ruger, $410-ish for the Taurus). Used prices seem to be in the $250 range. I am sending you a PM with my email address to discuss details.

Yes...that would be it! As you can see, it's very similar in size to the SP101 on the right, but narrower width. I bought it from the original owner last year...and yes...I paid $250. It's a 9 shot.
Although the MSRP prices (ruger vs taurus) are different...I think they sell new for about the same price.

Snal~

Thanks but it looks like a trade is in the works with Snal. I'll keep you in mind in case it falls through, but it's not looking like it will.

Thanks, Snal! Great guy to deal with. You should have the Ruger in your hands tomorrow. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with you again and if you ever need a referral, you've got it. Here's my new toy:
