Hey guys, i'm looking for a Rossi 357 magnum revolver. Since I live in CA it MUST be a 461 or 971 model. Local price is $270 for a new 461, so if you have a used one it needs to be appropriately priced (I have to factor in shipping and FFL) and a fair amount cheaper than I would pay new. Joe, I do not think that you can/will find
a better price than that you listed! Used, even
at 20-25% off your listed price, then adding
the shipping/FFL handling fees, I doubt that
you will beat the $270 price.

id have to agree...i have a 971 model that is in perfect condition that id not even let go for %20-%25 off new.

Thanks for the opinions guys, you may be right. I'm not in a big rush to buy, so I figured I would give it a shot to see if there was anything used floating around. Obviously, if someone wants over $200 for a used one I would just buy new for $270. Still keeping fingers crossed though.

I know the powers that be in Cal. have a good reason to disallow a 462 (ss) but would u fill me on on that reason? Maybe afraid of all the bright sunshine in Cal. might reflect off the ss and blind?
