yep.. got it as a gift and need the money instead...it is brand new, factory sealed, still in box and came straight from apple so it should still have apples factory 1year warranty.. literally 1 day old.. just seeing if there is any interest.. thanks here are the specs straight from apples website and yes it is the exact specs of the lap top..

If it was a gift...why not tell the person that gave to to you THANKS!, but I really need the money to fix my transmission, have them return it to Apple, and let them give you the money instead? You'll get more for it, it really shouldn't hurt any feelings, and Apple will surely be able to sell it again.

Ebay would be my next choice....electronics bring good money on there.
Verizon TREO phones are bringing more $$$ than you can buy one for new from Verizon.

thanks for the kind remarks everyone.. well it was a gift from my mother in law.. and she just randomly got it for me.. and i think it just would be too rude for me to ask for the money back.. the reason i posted it on here before ebay.. i know they do still sell for 2000 plus on ebay, but i rather see if anyone would want to trade their guns.. like i said i wouldnt mind getting a new toy and fixing my car with the leftover cash..
