This forum is only used as a way to connect buyers with sellers.

XDTalk, its owner, moderators and other peers cannot be held responsible for ANY transaction that occurs as a result of using this forum.

Basically, any user of this forum in an attempt to complete a sale, trade or transaction shall indemnify XDTalk, its owner, moderators and other peers harmless against all third party claims, demands, suits, actions, judgments, losses, costs, damages (direct, indirect and consequential), attorney's fees... Blah Blah Blah... You get the picture.

If you do not agree to these terms... don't use "The Trading Post" forum.

One other note. If fraud or an investigation is requested by an authorized law-enforcement agency, XDTalk will fully comply to all local, state & federal laws.

I'm no mod but once per 24 hour period is usually good. Any more often is a bit silly IMO.

Sorry for the dumb question guys but, I’ve seen that “bump” written on some of the sales. What exactly does that mean?

Its just a way to move the thread back to the top. Same as a reply posted to the thread does.

How do people actually expect to sell something when they don't even allow you to look at it?

on that note. on another forum it is required to write your member name and date on a paper and take a picture of the goods with the paper in the shot. kind of like "proof of life" thing.
