You must first upload the picture to a program such as Photobucket.com
Then once you have uploaded the picture from your desktop onto Photobucket, there will be different "codes" next to it. You want the IMG code. Simply copy and paste that IMG code in to your post here at XDtalk. It will show up once you submit your post. Hope this helps
