I have never used Talon Grips and am very curious. I'm having a hard time deciding which version is better, rubber or granulate.
For my XDS I would imagine the rubber as the rubber won't destroy my skin. But does the granulate give a better grip?
I'm getting an XDM 5.25 soon for competition and it seems the granulate would be better for that. Any thoughts? Or do I order both so I can do a fair review on my YouTube channel?

I'm reading for carry you want rubber, unless you wear something between your gun and skin.

Just installed the ruberized Talon Grips on my new XDs and WOW what a difference! The stock grips on there were a bit like a cheese grater to me and these made it much more comfortable. The installation was a breeze and shipping was quick. So... Thanks! Once I get past the "10 posts" mark I will post pics in the XDs subforum. (soon!)

I just bought the rubber grip for the XDs and the granulate for the XD.
Heading to the range with both guns on Monday (before install) and then again on Friday (when I'll hopefully have both grips on either gun).

Got mine last weekend and installed on the XDs. Again these grips proved to be easy to install and work like a champ on the the range. Now both XD's have them, thanks for a great product and quick delivery.

I generally like these type of grips however I can't help but think that it takes away from the rugged look of the XDS.

I just ordered:
1 granulated grip set XDs .45
4 granulated Pearce extension grips (I only have 2 mags with Pearce extensions at the moment but for $2 bucks apiece I bought extras)
I'll post up pics (if I figure out how) when I get the grips installed.

These grips are the best and cheapest item I've put on or in my XDS. Shoots like a charm, and feels amazing. Talon granular black.
