Sure Sight Preorder

Sure Sight - The Newest Idea in Accurate Shooting

i hope Chaim doesn't get mad, but I like spreading the word! Who's gonna be first order them?

I think I'm gonna 1 set and see how they do before replacing them on 3 guns...

They also won't ship until mid- June! That's a long time!

I myself wouldn't have posted that link. It was disclosed to members of the email list for a reason.

I'm supposedly on the list. I even filled-out his survey a month or so ago. I didn't get the pre-order email, though. But I'll wait for pictures (at least) before dropping the $130.

Pictures:

What I did to my XD .45 compact (crappy camera):

It was the hand models first trip to the range too. *dance* Another one hooked on shooting. She's shopping for her first already.

Range report:
I installed them in December and due to relocating and etc.. have had very little time for training. Maybe 75 rounds total since install. A few days ago I took my roommate at temporary residence #1 to the range for his first exposure to firearms,( he loved it ) and took the chance for 10 rounds or so through the suresighted XD.

Target at only 20 feet since it was his first trip and with me only half focused on my shooting.

Slow fire, 1 shot took the dangly bits off the spreadeagled X. 4 more slow fire shots go through the same hole.
Barely even more ragged than the first round ball .45 made in the first place. OMG, am I cheating?

Ok, this is easy... so I change to speed, from low ready to *bang* in 1 second. 5 more shots and the hole gets ragged. ok.. that one was an exaggeration, but they were all in the 9 ring.

I was amazed, and of course bragging all afternoon.

Damn, these sights are awesome! I've never heard of them before! I want one now for my XD in tritium. Too bad I already have Trijicon's installed...maybe I will sell them (*hint* *hint*).

How much taller are they than standard 3-dots? Will they still holster well in a Crossbreed? How about the snagging factor?

I was more interested in pictures of the new tritium, adjustable version.
