Although we honestly thought that we’d have product ready to ship by yesterday (June 30), we do not. We’ve encountered a delay, and our best guess right now is that we may be 6-8 weeks away from shipping all the sights. It may be less than that, but we don’t think it will be more.

I want to thank you very much for your business, as well as for your patience with the difficulties associated with getting a new product to market.

Many of you have already paid for the sights. If you are one of these people and feel that you can’t wait and would like a refund, please send an email to info@suresight.com stating the name under which you ordered, and we will promptly refund your money.

For those of you who still feel that our product is worth the wait, I would like to thank you, sincerely. Please know that we are doing our best to get these sights to you as quickly as possible.

Dont mean to be rude, but this is the same "canned" response that has been emailed out the past week or so.

I think the folks really want a better more accurate idea of whats happening and when the sights should be shipped out. Why the delay? Whats the problem if any? How many sets of sights will be ready in the next batch?

I am not the one asking. I simply replied to the thread as it was started here.

Yes, there is a thread already, but it only said something about a machinist backlog or something non-descript.

if someone is going to sell a product they need to get it out, or find a better supplier.

i really like the idea of these sights but im not so sure about the company that makes them. they need to get their act together in order to gain customer confidence

One would think that there must be at least a million Chinese without jobs. Can't be that hard to get the basic product in stock. And/or update the web site. I too would love to try out these sights. If they work well I may well end up with at least two sets.
