update on order info?

Well, I cancelled my Suresight order (3 sets of sights) and I installed one of the XS Big Dot's on my wifes XD-45 (got them from Midway, Old School was out of them; he has them now but Midway is much cheaper.) Looks nice and we can't wait to try them out at the range. I have also ordered some TFO's for mine. Green front/yellow rear from Old School. Life goes on without Suresight. I am sorry I wasted 4 months of range time waiting on them to never appear.

Got email stating credit is being issued to my card. I should have requested 2 months interest on my $$$. Anybody that wants to let me have 2 months of interest on your money, please send it to me and I will send your $ back when you want it. I will keep all the interest. Great business model. Please send me PM for contact info for transfers.

Congratulations. You have managed to exceed all bounds of reason, logic and good taste on this subject.

To imply that my business enterprise is somehow fraudulent with no evidence or rational reason to support that is unreasonable.

To do so in a public forum is in bad taste. To do so in MY forum is in even worse taste.

I will not tolerate any more of your groundless accusations. You are dangerously close to getting banned. If you would like to continue to participate in my forum, please do so with the decorum that everyone else here displays.

If you have a gripe with me, talk with me first. You were issued the refund you requested. If you were somehow seeking more recourse, you should have contacted me instead of impugning SureSight's reputation in a public forum.

This will be my last post in your "forum." I will let the facts speak for themselves. I was not seeking anything more than the sights I ordered. No need to worry about me anymore, just make sure the refund is in fact being processed. I won't waste your time, as you have wasted mine and others. You will better serve whatever remaining customers you have by getting the sights ready to be shipped, instead of making further excuses.

BTW, you could have responded to me by PM. But, you chose to threaten me with a "ban." So I will reply publically also. Don't scold me for speaking the truth to you.

Here is the policy I was referring to. My card was charged on May 18, 2007. Maybe Chaim should have waited to charge CC's 1 week before the sights were to be shipped out to us customers. Rather, then charging then asking questions later. I never said I was defrauded. I answered a question in how this matter would been handled on eBay by another poster. (The matter at hand is this: Product was paid for 45 days in advance and only after the deadline was there any info regarding another 6 weeks of waiting.)

Thanks for the prompt refund. I am looking forward to it posting to my account.
