I would charge your coating company a penalty. Especially if you are having customers back out and ask for refunds. To be honest the delays as well as waiting period has scared me away from these sights. If your company needs a good machine shop that can live up to deadlines I have worked with a few in my area.
Long story short send a bill to the coating guys for one sale lost from me. Sorry they look great just cant wait to install them since the pistol is already headed to the shop for fixing now and paying shipping once is harsh enough.

Just picked up my XD9SC yesterday, so I will be ordering the next paycheck or so...I'm already waiting on my Crossbreed Supertuck Deluxe anyway and have waited for my CHL over 65 days. The Sure sights looks like a very cool/popular product, so I'll just order and patiently wait for them too.
