Per an e-mail today, it will be 6-8 more weeks. If i wasn't use to delays (hey i own a robinson arms XCR lol) I'd be looking for a refund, but i'll stick it out!!

Dear Gerald,

Although we honestly thought that we’d have product ready to ship by yesterday (June 30), we do not. We’ve encountered a delay, and our best guess right now is that we may be 6-8 weeks away from shipping all the sights. It may be less than that, but we don’t think it will be more.

|I want to thank you very much for your business, as well as for your patience with the difficulties associated with getting a new product to market.

We realize that you’ve already paid for the sights. If you feel that you can’t wait and would like a refund, please send an email to info@suresight.com stating the name under which you ordered, and we will promptly refund your money.

For those of you who still feel that our product is worth the wait, I would like to thank you, sincerely. Please know that we are doing our best to get these sights to you as quickly as possible.

This is BS! See the following post which shows Leibster looking to find a different shop to make these on June 15th. If he knew then, he should have sent out an email. Instead, he waited until after the deadline to let us know. BS from a XDtalk sponsor. Looks like he recieved a list of possible shops to have these made on June 23rd. I think for this crap he should also waive shipping charges and offer a 10 percent discount for this, due to charging us in mid-May for our unmanufactured sights.

What is the current delay being caused by? Also, why did you wait until after the deadline to send out the email? Why do you want to keep it private? Don't you owe us the truth? I think you do.

Dude, relax. I have no plot to steal your money, skip town, and spend my days sipping drinks with little umbrellas in them on the Brazilian coast.

The delay is caused by a scheduling issue with the coating provider.

As for "owing you the truth", I do owe you enough to tell you when you can expect your product; that's fair, and that's what I did. I do apologize for the delay, as well as the delayed notice. But specific details of the inner workings of our company will be released solely at our discretion.
