I sent out the below email to our mailing list on Tuesday. In case you're not on our list, I wanted to keep everyone in the loop.

Seriously though, I was unable to apply the capital to get one of the ST-1s during the first offering. If you had the tritium version availible, I would have already been able to convince the wife. Her father (who is a career LEO) keeps telling her we need to get trijicons for our defense guns, I keep wanting these.

The simple fact of the matter is that presently, I have no answer for him when he brings up the logical point that a sight "charge" via flashing my surefire at the gun kills my night vision AND gives away my presence to an intruder.

I have to say that for how much work obviously went into this product it seems strange that such a ball would be dropped when it comes to the low-light visibility. Charging the sight is about the last thing I want to deal with when something goes bump at night, and if I'm carrying what am I suppose to do, "Hey, can you wait a minute? I've got to charge my sight so I can kill you."

Otherwise seems like a brilliant idea. (pun intended)

I'd order NOW if there was a PRE-Order list!! Look at all of the POSITIVE cash flow you'd have to work with!
