I think waiting is fine for a product you really want but ideally your credit card probably should not be charged until the item is ready to be shipped. (Note I said "ideally.") Having said that once you do receive and you like, it will have made the wait worthwhile. And you can't fault their offer to refund your money if you can't wait any longer. That's fair. I am going to wait until that are in stock to give them a try. All in all, I think it's a very innovative product that meets a need.

This is BS! See the following post which shows Leibster looking to find a different shop to make these on June 15th. If he knew then, he should have sent out an email. Instead, he waited until after the deadline to let us know. BS from a XDtalk sponsor. Looks like he recieved a list of possible shops to have these made on June 23rd. I think for this crap he should also waive shipping charges and offer a 10 percent discount for this, due to charging us in mid-May for our unmanufactured sights.

Ok, fair enough. But hey, while he's hemorrhaging money to "right" his accused "wrong", who's paying to keep the site open? Old School and pistol gear gonna chip in? Maybe you will be happy to sponsor the forum. If you ordered, you can always request your refund. Otherwise, sit down and shut it. My two cents.

I think you are giving yourself a little too much credit. It's obvious he isn't offering anything close to what you may call customer service. Go play with your Suresights and come back and tell us what we may or may not have to look forward to in the next year or so.

Sir, my point is this.... if you feel you're being mistreated, there are mature ways to go about solving it. Running around the forum playing internet bully is not one of them. Yes, I have a set of Sure Sights, but I was lucky enough to find a forum member who decided on a different type of sight and so sold them to me. Please, do us all a favor, avoid getting yourself in trouble by insulting and degrading the sponsors who make this forum possible and handle yourself in a professional and mature manner. Being upset is understandable, and I'm sure that if you take a deep breath and relax, you can work this out with them in a civil manner.

ETA: In the thread you linked, it appears that the sponsor is simply looking into more dependable machinists in order to accommodate the orders which he promised to keep.

It's insulting and degrading to be treated by a business in the way that we have been. I am not the only unhappy one. Please go use your sights and let us know what you think of them. Leibster's inability to have these didn't happen overnight. He should have sent out the email or post on here sooner. Since you are one of the lucky ones, let the rest of us who have been waiting patiently be pi##ed about getting jacked around. The refund offer is nothing to be cherished. It's common sense we can cancel and request a refund and if he didn't oblige we could do a chargeback with the CC company. I along with a lot of people just want our @#$%ing sights!

Thanks for the words of wisdom. There is something in the real world that we business people call Customer Service. I know it's a tough concept for some people to learn or even understand.

Let's remeber a lot of us have been waiting several months for these before we even had the chance to pre-order in mid-May. I think we have been extremely patient with this Sponsor.
