I just wish someone from Suresight would give a approx. date when they will be back in stock. I understand that they cant give a exact date, but a within a week, a month, or 6 months answer would be nice to hear. I'm wanting these for my XD9, but I'm not going to wait forever. This is Suresights forum section, and they should be keeping us informed here.

I've been watching the sure sights... not that I'm interested in useing any... just that I've seen sights just like these under different names, that I've seen a long time ago and still see in magazines... i needa look through my combat handguns and american handgunners and scan some of the pages to show you guys... Just been curious who has an actual patent on it...

Man after discovering the sure sights I definately wanted to get some but I am so impatient. I hate not knowing at least when they will be back in stock. I am THIS close to ordering a pair of TFOs. Like I may order some today lol

That made my spidey sense tingle. Could it be that there is a "Cease and Desist" order to Suresight because of a patent infringement and they are not really out of stock?.... End Conspiracy Theory

So, I am wondering if anyone has any more info on this. I notice that the web site still says they are "SOLD OUT!".

I suspect there is something to this "cease and desist" theory and was wondering if anyone knew for sure?

Thanks,

Guys,

Just to clear the air, there is no "cease & desist" order of any kind. To further clarify, SureSight was the originator of this sighting concept, and we are the original patent holder.

We've begun taking pre-orders from our list, and I'm happy to report that we're almost sold out.

We'll be releasing the product to the general public in the coming days, but as last time, we feel a need to be loyal first to those who cared enough to sign up for our mailing list.

Be well,

I got the following email today after waiting months already. What gives?

Although we honestly thought that we’d have product ready to ship by yesterday (June 30), we do not. We’ve encountered a delay, and our best guess right now is that we may be 6-8 weeks away from shipping all the sights. It may be less than that, but we don’t think it will be more.

|I want to thank you very much for your business, as well as for your patience with the difficulties associated with getting a new product to market.

We realize that you’ve already paid for the sights. If you feel that you can’t wait and would like a refund, please send an email to
info@suresight.com stating the name under which you ordered, and we will promptly refund your money.

For those of you who still feel that our product is worth the wait, I would like to thank you, sincerely. Please know that we are doing our best to get these sights to you as quickly as possible.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, via email at
info@suresight.com.

All the best,

Chaim Stein

I got the same email. I don't have a problem with it. I would like to have them, but at least he is being honest and upfront with us. I'll continue to wait.
