Wierd. The ups guys I've been in contact with have always been nice..

But then again, i've never lived in a 300 apt complex..

I'm pretty sure FedEx gives you at least $100 replacement even if you don't insure it. Check it out!

Go and speak to that dispatch centers management, they will freak. I had a UPS guy try the same crap with my stuff. My car was right in front of my door! That guy no longer works for UPS, I was not the only one that he did that to.
