Holster for XD-9 Tactical for IDPA

I thought I would give IDPA a try and am looking for suggestions for a holster for my XD-9 Tactical. Anyone have one that they really like? If so, what do you like about it? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've only found 2 that work at all.

Brownell's sells a Safariland that I like best. It is lined with sueade and covers the full 5" of slide

Gunnersalley.com sells G-Code, a kydex holster that is priced well and and allows for a quick draw.

Both are tight enough to the body for IDPA.

I use the Blade-Tech Tek-Lok for IDPA competition with my XD9 Tactical. I've been very pleased with it. Check it out at www.blade-tech.com.

DOH is not IDPA legal last I checked, Stingray is.

I like the new Safariland holster also, it is designed specifically to be drawn from behind the hip.

You can't do any better than Blade Tech or Comptac in my humble opinion.

I have a Bladetech holster for most all my guns. They are the standard as far as I'm concerned in Kydex holster for competitve shooting.

But they are a great company with an excellent product.
