BTW I ended up buying an XD9 Tactical off a board member and it has a thin fiber front and low mount Bomar adjustable in the rear.

Can't wait to try it out in a few local matches before the SC state match in a few months.
I actually do shoot it in IDPA as a CDP gun. I just remove the Canyon Creek Mag release and it's IDPA legal CDP gun.

It came with the gun when I purchased it from a club member here locally. And I think that getting any better with my reloads, will take more practice and not a better well.

Besides, after shooting Single stack for a little bit, any double stack is "easier" to reload for me now.

The TFOs do have a disadvantage when trying to be precise at long distances, but they have a major advantage when it comes to rapid sight picture acquisition. I have no trouble at all shooting 2-inch groups with my TruGlos at 10 yards and I don't think I've ever been asked to make a headshot at 25 yards in IPDA.
