Yes, it should have come with instructions for the amount of oil. I would imagine general gun oiling practices wouldn't hurt either?!

There is no reason to reuse the BBs, the chance of them causing issue is just to great verse their cost. Just put drop or two of oil between adapter and the propane bottle.

One warning...no matter how long after you get rid of the airsoft gun you will be finding bbs in places they would have no way of getting to.

Also if you have the blowback's leave your magazines full of liquid. Otherwise your O-rings will crap out

Good point, but do not leave them full...just leave them with some charge. Never empty.

Just to add, the BBs will warp/dent if they hit or bounce of something hard. They will "fire" again, but will curve wildly.

We practice in our backyard. They make biodegradable BB's so we never clean up after shooting.

Just dont reuse them over 3-4 times, They will look normal but once in the chamber, they will get stuck then you'll have to pick them out. Bascially, their cheap, @ 0.0005 cents per round, it doesnt matter. I make a cardboard box, then put a few layers of smaller cardboard inside so it'll slow down by the time it reaches the second or third cardboard it stops and drops, that way, I can reuse them if I need to but most importantly I dont have to pick them up.

Yay! It arrived today. I'll post a comparison picture tomorrow. Here's a quick assessment:

Pros:
Accurate
Sights, with caveat - I painted them on, but it was nice to make them just like my real gun.
Comparable weight
Mags fit competition holster

Cons:
recoil is nonexistent
trigger is much lighter than my competition gun
doesn't fit my competition holster

For the holster, I think I'll buy another Uncle Mike's Kydex holster for ~$15 -20, and then take a dremel to it. Being able to draw from a holster with this gun is critical for me. I really want to practice various drills from holster.
