[quote=Old School;651849]100% my brother. If you shoot classifier as part of a match, vs. a classifier match where you can shoot and reshoot a stage, A-Class is an accomplishment. I know many Master class shooters who got their card by shooting stages over and over. It is these same people who get smoked by the A/B shooters each and every week.

granted there isnt alot of shooters in SS at our local matches but I have been 1st in every local match this year that I shot SS in. I normaly finish in the top 10 of 35-40 shooters and we have some REAL good shooters around here, including Bob Vogal (took 3rd in Nationals).

Boy I'm alittle out of it but here in Utah no one can shoot a classifier more than once per match.

Here's a strang one. I made Master in Limited(before ltd 10) shooting a 1911 and in Limited 10 shooting my STI 40 w/ just 10 rnds in it.

most places you can pay an extra $5.00 and reshoot the classifier. SOme folks even put classifier stages together and practice them.
It doesnt suprise me that someone can make Master with a 1911 since alot of the classifiers are low round count friendly.
