Plagued with mishaps (video)
We shot a local USPSA match on sunday and thank God I have a sense of humor.
I was shooting my STI Spartan in Single Stack. I got out of the starting gates, sorta speak, and then slipped on the loose gravel. As if that wasnt bad enough, I over ran 2 targets. I got to the end and realized that I had passed them because my round count was off. I leaned back sharply to engage the missed targets and only had 3 shots left in the gun, causing me to take 1 "mike". No need to reload for the one shot, the time would hurt worse than the -10 for the miss. I still ended up shooting it in the 12+ seconds with my 8 round mags, the slip, over running targets, not to bad considering the fastest Limited shooters were turning in 11+ second times. Anyways, My wife caught it all on video and we got a good laugh out of it, I hope you do too. ![]()

I did...lol Just one of those things. Im going to shoot my Limited gun this weekend since I havent shot it in months. I wont know how to react to not having to reload. 21 rounds in a gun at the buzzer definately has its rewards.

Start position was hands on barrels. Nothing like starting gravel with something to push off against...lol.
