Shotgun reloads
I shot my first 3 gun in about 8 months Saturday, and I killed myself with slow reloads on the shotgun. Is there a video online showing fast reload techniques, or is it just a matter of practice? I'm not shooting in open, so I can't use those quick loaders. Just my old Ithaca Model 37. Ideas?

Sorry to hijack but what do you guys use for the shell holders on your belt?
I didn't have one and it totally killed me on that stage. One that clips on and off would be preferable. |

I have a Blackhawk forearm shell holder, and on that slips on to the stock of my shotgun. Neither helped much. Maybe it was an off day.

A buddy of mine has one of these. It seems like a quality piece.

Get one of the shotgun strippers like the previous poster mentioned. It will help a lot, but you have the practice.
They just did a show on Shooting USA that showed shotgun reloads for 3 gun matches, and you can see it here http://shootingusa.com/PRO_TIPS/USAMU3/usamu3.html.
