After reading the changes for Production, I don't like the fact that my Blade Tech holster http://www.blade-tech.com/DOH-Droppe...product_images isn't allowed when the rules go into affect. I have checked my trigger pull, and most of the time it's over 3.5#, but sometimes it can be +or- 8oz., and it's never the same twice. I can't wait to see how they will check the trigger pull.
I guess I will have to check out the USPSA fourm.

The holster thing got me as well; the good news is that the board met on March 3rd & 4th and according to a rank and file member who showed up to watch the meetings the BOD changed or is going to change things so the DOH remains legal.

Here's a link to what he saw at the meeting:

This is just for Production right? Still legal for Limited? Even though it still would piss me off because I planned on using mine in Production as well. I love this holster.

Yes, we are just talking about PD above not limited but as I said the BOD appears to have seen the error of their ways so the DOH will remain legal in all divisions except Single Stack. I'm with you, I would have been pissed had this gone through because I shoot the DOH in PD, L-10, & Limited. At this point it looks like we're in the clear.

I believe they are trying to keep the equipment race out of production. If you want high cap mags go limited or open.
Just my opinion.

If my Canyon Creek mag release button is legal for USPSA/IPSC "Production" (Is it?), I can shoot my IDPA "ESP" setup (XD-9 Tactical) without changing a thing! Sweet! One gun for two sports... That saves me some money on setting-up another gun (Dammit! )!

Is the Sprinco Recoil Reducer legal for "Production" and/or "ESP"?

I suppose I could always do another XD for Limited 10 *cough*

Where are you guys getting this 3lb rule for the trigger. I just reread the rules for production for USPSA and item 6 of production says no for trigger weight requirement.

It was in negotiations, this is an older thread...
