What grips are you guys useing?
I currently have the pachmayr grip on my tactical .40 and its comfortable but I just can't get a good grip on the pistol fast enough. I know there are some grip tape type stuff but what is good? I saw on ebay there is a guy selling grip panels that are made for the XD that are rubberized or something and that seems like a good idea....if only I could use my 1911 grips!

"Black Magic" is one good skate tape brand you can get on E-Bay for just a few bucks. The rubber grips don't have the traction I prefer.
