USPSA Bannana Clip?

Hey Guys,

My range is having a Rimfire action match soon. It will resemble USPSA rules. I was wondering if I could use one of those Tri-Mag Clips for my 10/22. I looked over the rules for USPSA rifle, and I can't find anything on whether or not a banna or "jungle" clip is allowed for AR's or AK's.

Is there a real rule against them?

Well since it will "resemble" USPSA rules it might be a good idea to get the answer right from the horses mouth. Unless they say they are following exactly all the USPSA rules they will probably publish their own rules.

I looked up the USPSA rules but they were a stout 80 pages long...EACH. So have fun leafing through those

Yeah, I know that, I was just asking if anyone knows off hand because I know we have a lot of active competition shooters here. The rules for this new league are going to be based on USPSA and then evolve as "problems" or "questions" arise. Right now, it's just for fun. We aren't shooting for money or anything yet.

Honestly man I don't think you'll have a problem using the mags you're talking about.

Thanks. I bought one anyways

I spent $150 last night on junk for this new league.

I got a Don Hume IWB holster . I really wanted something like the 721OT, but I think that's a custom order thing. The only p22 holster that is readily available is the fobus, and I'm not really a fan of those. Failing that, there are the yaqi slide for small auto's, the uncle mike's universals, or the cheap junk on gunbroker with the cheap "thumb breaks".. so I figured this was a nice compromise.

2 P22 Mags ($31 a piece ),

Tri-mag clip thing

10/22 Mag Holders

Hope this one works with the 10 round "Stick" mags

This one in case they dont

The p22 mags fit well enough in my 1911 holders, so I'm going to see how that works out.
