So should we push it back till next Sat/Sun so more can make it? I'm probably going to head out somewhere regardless, but i would really like to meet up with some fellow shooters, and see a few XD's since i'm part of the dark side (Glocks).

The more the merrier, so if we have to push it back that's fine with me.

Teach me to wake up and go shooting.. check the intraweb for others before shooting!

There's always next week

Seems like there's a lot of interest here and we could have a pretty good group, but it isn't looking like tomorrow is going to work for anyone. I'm available next weekend as well (all day Saturday and the first half of Sunday).

That would be better for me. It just is not going to work today. Maria's (wife) Mom went to the hospice last night. Things are unsettled and day to day right now.

I still do training on Sat, but anytime on Sunday would work.

FYI guys, GMFSC is getting quite busy on the weekends during the day. I shoot there 1-2 times a week and my wife is the hotty that works there on Wed/Thurs. Last weekend they had over 100 shooters on Saturday and Sunday wasn't that much slower. Unfortunately they've ran into a wait time recently on Sat/Sun. If there happens to be people waiting when you're shooting, you are held to your 1 hour of pistol range time. If you go when there isn't a wait you can stay as long as you'd like. You pay up front and aren't charged for the time you're on the range.

I meet up with a friend there every Thursday afternoon and most Sunday afternoons for some shooting. Any weekday evening is usually very slow and nice. We're HK guys now though, so I'm not sure if you guys would like us. lol If any of you guys wanna come by Thursday afternoon around 5ish say hello when you're back there. We'll be shooting next to each other, I'm a young looking guy with glasses. BTW, I've got a new H&K P30 and I like letting others shoot my stuff.

Wow, sounds like this town's big enough for another range! I'd consider a career change! Any takers! Anyone with venture capital out there?

Why can't we all get along, well, we can all get along, since we have shooting in common, XD's or not.

When i was at Silver Bullets on Saturday there were about 15 people waiting to shoot, it was ridiculous. I was also by GMFSC and it looked pretty packed to. There are a few places to shoot up North (and Lefthand if you dare) but it's a tad cold right now.

Definitely could use another range in the metro area. And i shoot Glock's but i appreciate all guns

I am from Colorado Springs and we only have one indoor range. It's an expensive private club. Is it worth the drive north, Or should I just pick a sunny day and shoot outdoors at my club in Falcon?

Might be fun to try to shoot with some of you though. Any IDPA guys???

Go shoot at the South Spot the guys over at COAR-15 shoot at, looking at the location on the map it doesn't look that far at all from the Springs, plus you get to shoot outdoors and not pay a fee
