Left Hand Canyon is NW of Boulder. Boulder Rifle Club is open to the public on the first weekend of the month. I have always felt cramped at the Silver Bullet. Maybe this weekend I will hunt for the range by Lyons.

Old thread, but i just moved to Denver (Westminster) and i would love to go shooting with some other folks.

*Gasp* I only own a few Glocks, but i would love to shoot some XD's, and would be willing to let anyone shoot my Glocks (G19, G22, G23).

I'm 27, from So-Cal, wouldn't mind meeting some people around here. I have only been to Silver Bullets and Green Mountain so far, but i'm up for anywhere.

Dam all you Coloradans seem to always be from either Denver, Colo Springs, or Boulder. No ones ever from around the Grand Junction area.

lol......if you have a $hit ton of rifles and other cool crap to shoot, i would drive a few hours to shoot! I only have 3 handguns right now, so an indoor range makes sense for me

Firing Line can be a little cold this time of year. Silver Bullet is a little small. Let's set a time and date for the new Green Mountain range. I haven't been there yet.

I've been there, nice place, friendly staff, good lighting and ventilation, no slow fire limitations. My only complaint is they won't allow shooting any closer than 7yards, but outside of that i enjoyed it. I also don't collect my brass, and they sweep it up for you which is nice.

Count me in.

Hey BenCO and Paul,

I'm pretty new to Colorado as well (~7 months) and live in Northwest Denver (age 37). I've been to Green Mountain and recently signed up for a membership at Silver Bullet since it is closest to where I live. I've never been to Firing Line.

But I'm up for meeting up and meeting you guys to do some shooting - send me a PM and we'll set something up.

I thought about getting a membership to Silver Bullet since it's a few minutes closer than Green Mountain to me, but i wanted to check out Green Mountain one more time before i bite. Silver Bullet's ventilation is a bit lacking, and a few times after leaving there i had a headache for a few hours from the powder in the air. Green Mountain's membership is horrible, not worth it at all, but they did have great ventilation compared to Silver Bullet.

thisismyusername: Where did you move from? How you liking it so far? I've been here just under 6 months, from So-Cal and i'm really liking it here so far, completely new to me, the weather/cold and people actually being friendly!

Someone from GT wants to shoot a few of my Glocks next Saturday. If anyone else wants to join that would be great. I'm thinking Green Mountain or Firing Line (i've never been there).

Post here if you want to join in and we'll pick a time and place.

I live down in Delta county. The apple fest town. I just got through shooting my new 10/22 build for the first time. The links are to the gun and my first target shot at 50 yards with the new stock and barrel.
