State Lawmakers Join With Leading Second Amendment Advocates for 2nd Annual Right to Keep & Bear Arms Rally

WHAT: State Representatives Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler), Steven W. Cappelli (R-Lycoming), Russ Fairchild (R-Snyder/Union) and Dick Stevenson (R-Mercer/Butler) will introduce a landmark package of Second Amendment rights protection legislation as part of the Second Annual Right to Keep and Bears Arms Rally.

Offering support for this commonsense, 21st Century “Gun Owners Bill of Rights” will be Larry Pratt, executive director of Gun Owners of America; Kim Stolfer, chairman, Firearm Owners Against Crime; and Melody Zullinger, executive director, PA Federation of Sportsmen’s Clubs.
