Jet,
I picked up a Ruger 10/22 from Rocky Mnt Guns and ammo today. He has several HD shotguns in stock with price range from $350 - $530 Moss & Rem.

We definitely need to go shooting sometime soon. I am fiending for it, seriously.
Luke and I went shooting a week or so ago and I put about 500 rounds through his .22 pistol. Fun times.

If you come down with me to just shoot on the range it's free. If you shoot USPSA it's pretty much the same cost at other ranges. $20 for non Hpps or BLGC Membership $15 with Membership and $5 off if you help setup. Dan runs the program and does a great job. I'm going to try and make it to the next shoot.
