According to a Rob Pincus post, Mark had a massive heart attack a couple weeks ago following an outpatient medical procedure. He had another one today.
I'm completely blown away by the news. RIP Mark. You will be missed greatly.

OMG, I had no idea about his recent medical issues.
Every time I put on my Crossbreed Supertuck holster for CC I will think of you.
Mark was an awesome man, a true professional, and a huge asset to the gun world. He helped me through a difficult time in my life right after my self defense shooting.
RIP Mark. You will be greatly missed. My condolences to his family, friends, and coworkers.
