XD 4.5 9mm rental

This is a discussion on XD 4.5 9mm rental within the SA-XD/XD(M) Range Reports forums, part of the Information category; Rented this at the range today, it was in OK shape, kinda beat up. Sights were all jacked up... looked like it had been dropped ...

XD 4.5 9mm rental
Rented this at the range today, it was in OK shape, kinda beat up. Sights were all jacked up... looked like it had been dropped pretty hard too many times...
Considering what I was given, I think I did pretty good. Shot from 15 yds.









Just messing around with my targets
My boyfriend doesnt shoot so he went and watched me.

Yep, left handed. The grip on this gun is shorter than I am used to so I did have a more firm thumb grip..... felt like i never had a firm grip with my right hand... wasnt very comfortable :/

the xdm 9 4.5 is very accurate, at first my shoots looked like yours but after a year or so and hundreds if not thousand of dollars in ammo and range fees i can put all the rounds in the bullseys about 3" grouping or less at 7 yards. Just takes practice and mastery of the trigger pull and sight alignment which is everything. Good Luck

Well I'm picking up my XDm 5.25 9mm TOMORROW!! I'm waay too excited btw finally a gun of my own instead of rentals! My boyfriend doesn't shoot so I'll be the only one in the household with a firearm. Lots of responsibility but I'm ready for it and can't wait to clock some serious time at the range!
