Range Report : First time with XDm 3.845

Hey guys I went to my local indoor range today with my xdm 45 compact . I have never been to an indoor range -- only outdoors , and this is the first time I shot my xdm (and ruger).

What a great gun , it ate 100 rounds of blazer , and a box of gold dots with zero issues at all. After the first magazine , and after my nerves settled , it was a breeze ! No hiccups , no nothing but straight shooting !

If I have a complaint , it is the fact I wear glasses , and the white dot sights are not the best to look at when I have 2 pieces of eyewear on. My vision stinks , so can someone recommend night sights or should I dash em' red with nail polish ? All my LGS don't have night sights for my gun and the range/store I was at today said ... Quote "they are too hard to put on those so we don't and won't carry them" ??????

Mini review of ruger lcp zombie :

This little guy is accurate , but Jesus Christ I was scared to death on all 7 shots I put through it ... I have big hands and found out that today , my little BUG is 100x harder to handle then my .45ACP. It felt like it was going to fly out of my hand after every single shot. Now I may have to sell it and wait on the XDs.

Contact James at XD-hs2000.com - a highly rated forum sponsor for your sights. If the surface is smooth and just the color is missing, you're good. Put a small drop of oil on it after cleaning.
