XDM 9 5.25 - Range Report

I have 1100 rounds through this pistol now, still not one malfunction at all. This target is 75 rounds at 7 yards. I think I still have some work to do to get my group over slightly... Either that or I need to just give up and move the sights.

I brought my Kimber Eclipse Ultra II today as well, I was testing some Hornady TAP ammunition, it didn't like it, I had a minimum of two FTF per magazine with the stuff. That is one thing I like about my XDM so far it eats anything I feed it.

I do think if you were firing at an intruder, he would be in deep ka ka. Looking around for a good deal on one of the 5.25 9mm myself.

Lots of reports of XDMs shooting to the left. With that kind of consistency through 75 rounds, I think bumping the sights is clearly the way to go. Unfortunately, the way the sights are put on these guns, most people find they need a five pound sledge to get them to budge.

Isn't yours the competition? If so, just a few clicks of windage will do the trick.

It is a 5.25, the next time I go to the range, I'm going to bring a screw driver and get it dialed in. Thanks

If you bought the gun new there is a sight adjustment tool included. It's a stamped silver metal tool that kinda looks like a bow. Just in case you didn't know. I didn't first time to the range.

No prob. Suggest tying neon colored string to it. Left mine at the range my 3rd or 4th time out. Grrrr. I know I left it sitting there cause I wasn't able to see it. LoL.
