Ranges closed for the holiday!

Personally, I'd love to spend this day off at the local range, I've got a hankerin' to celebrate my independence with some Recoil Therapy!
I've got 300 rounds of 9mm for my XDmc, 100 .357 and 200 .28 for my Ruger, and a box or .45s to try out some of the range 1911's.
Basically, I wanna make a range report instead of wishing for one!

Ah, you lucky dog. I am doubly out of luck, as they are also closed every monday.

I was out there today. It was nice and empty. I had the pistol side to myself.

That's why I'm glad I don't use a range. I have a nice wheat field with a big hill about 300 yards from the road. Lots of room to my self, no waits for cease fires to change targets, no restrictions on ammo type, no fees, and its never closed!
