coming from a family that has served our citizens in law enforcement and the fire/rescue field for many decades, i was deeply touched and found myself getting teary eyed quite a few times...you cant help but feel for the families of the fallen but also for the ones that have to deliver the "Last Call"...another somber reminder as to how hard the wages of war are what the cost of sacrifice is...

For anyone else who is unable to get the link to work got to rockymountainnews.com and search stories for Final Salute. Well worth the time it took to find it. Thank you to all who have, are, and will serve we are forever in your debt.

I just read the story and am still teary-eyed. I attended a military memorial for a fellow Soldier once. That was the hardest thing I have ever done. This story should run on the nightly news to remind the many of the sacrifices of the few. God Speed.
