pager pal holster?

anyone have any knowledge on this? http://www.pagerpal.com/
they got a video that describes how it works and demo it. i'm trying to find a holster that will work for me. i'm left handed, 5'10" 250lbs and wear jean shorts and a t-shirt. it's just to hot down here to add another shirt or wear pants. i tried a holster at the gun shop and i printed bad. it was a generic iwb.

as for the holster, it seems pretty interesting but i would really want to see what it looks like in person. Especially since i wouldn't wear a dummy pager and the cellphone case accessory wouldn't fit my cell.

i was also wondering how comfortable it would be to wear a gun that low... like the one the size of the spokesman's.

i have worn the pager pal, and i have seen it worn. it works. it will conceal a fullsize pistol in shorts of any material (not spandex.... you get the picture). its a very solid design, its very easy to access, comfortable and it can be worn without a shirt. just like every other holster on the market, it cant be used to solve every carry/concealability issue, but it definately has a use.

the owner is based out of houston. i have talked to him several times and he said that he sells these world wide. he said a lot of soldiers use them during their off duty time. i have been planning on getting one for my arsenal of holsters but have yet to get around to it.

anyhow... it is a very good holster, you really need to see it work to believe.




P.S. you dont have to wear a fake cellphone or pager.... you can wear your real one....

I have tried one and come away dissatsfied, but that could be just me, my carry gun of choise is a full size 1911 and there just wasn't room for me and the gun in the Pager Pal, inside my pants. I have never tried a smaller one for my backup gun.

I always get a kick out of watching the guy at the gun show demontrate how esy it is to sit down wearing one, as he tries to hit the chair without bending at the middle.

Yobo, make a plan to go to the next WPB gun show. There is a guy there that has all the Pager Pal holsters in stock there with him and he encourages everyone to try them.
He shows you how they work, and how they work best.
He showed me on a commander size 1911 casting he had. (I was thinking about carrying this way for my Para.)
I ended up not getting it because my Tucker IWB Coverup is so darn comfortable.
Soo, if you are not in a big hurry, give him a look. I think the next show is July 2 and 3.

I was able to comfortably carry with one if I hab everything lined up just right. They are not a quick access and dependin on the size of gun carried, where you have to carry may look a little strange for a pager to be there.
