Lightbulb secondary use for holster
So i got back from the range today, and immediately went to do some other stuff. I was still wearing the holster for my XD-9 (Uncle Mike's Kydex), and I forgot to take it off. I had a random idea (boredom encourages a lot of those) and found that they will fit a clamshell cell phone almost perfectly. Good retention, and it can't fall out the bottom. My XD is a service, but i use the subcompact holster (fits just fine), so it's the perfect length for a cell phone. Given that the real holster for my phone broke months ago, i consider this a fortunate event. Only problem is, whenever I go to shoot, I'm going to have to find somewhere to put my gun...
I don't really know how useful this information is, but I decided to share it anyway.
