thanks guys i got the foam from my tool crib. i think u can get it anywhere where tools are sold i layered 3 pieces of foam that is used for tool box drawers i took the outlines from the old cases traced them out. i cut each piece separate then glued them all together it took a good amount of trimming. it took roughly 4 hours total.... glad i could and go ahead and copy all u want just post some pics so i can see what others did

before i did mine i cut some paper the size of my case and then traced outlines to see what would fit and how to arrange everything
