XDm Must have mods

I need the group's advice on what mods are must do's for the XDm 9mm.
I have 3 to do (5.25 and 4.5's) and sending them out is cost prohibitive now. I originally wanted to get the 4P's set up from CCC in IL, but the cost is too high for me as it is X 3.
We are starting to shoot USPSA matches and need every advantage we can afford.
What is a good trigger pull for competition?

Which mag release extension works good?
Any internal mods need to be done for long term use?
We shoot 200 - 300 rounds per week.

If you're shooting production, I don't know if you can add a mag release extension and be compliant. You can get a powder river trigger kit because they are compliant. I'm trying to figure out whether I can get a fiber optic front sight and be production compliant.

4P's =[ ??? ]
If I read this right, it refers to 4 standard upgrades that are done. If that is the case,
can someone list them?

This is right from Canyon Creek's website...
"We have come up with the 4P upgrade "Perfected Precision Polymer Pistol", it has the following modifications: CC's short and light trigger job, extended release, full width front sight, 5/16" Tungsten guide rod, CC's traction enhancement, and frame/slide/barrel refit. This 4P upgrade will make the 5.25 the perfect pistol for competition shooting or just the most fun gun to shoot at the range".
These mods are supposed to be production legal mods.
