New Crimson Trace Products for XDm

Well, along with this new light is also a new laser from CT. Looks like the laser will be available 4/1/12 and the light is already for sale.

I am really liking the fact you can get a light and a laser on the same gun and they are not bulky by any means.

The light and laser are only for full size though, wish they had ones out for the compact.

How many people will be giving these a try?

Nice - I'd like to try one of them out.... any word on pricing yet? Should be on par with other models I'd think.

The light seems very affordable at $150

Like you said, I think the laser grips will be similar to maybe the Glocks in this link;

CT makes good lasers, the only downside is the add thickness. The LaserMax is a good alternative with the guide rod laser.

If you want a light/laser combo for a compact, do yourself a favor and take a close look at the Viridian C5L - I've got one on my 3.5" Walther PPS - wouldn't trade it for the world!

$112 through Bud's +~$9 shipping. So, ~$121 in your hands. I'm sure there are other sources to for a better price than $150.

Thats a good deal, but I'd say go with the TLR-1s for that price and you get the strobe feature and its easier to move fromone gun to another.

I wonder if there is a difference between the link you posted and this one:

I, too, think the TLR-1 is a better choice. I love lights with a strobe. And you can add a remote switch, iirc.

Am I in the minority that doesn't care for CT products?

Hell YEAH! Price is the difference. You gotta watch Amazon. Various venders sell through them if it doesn't come from Amazon directly. Looks like I just clicked on one with a higher price but both appear to be the same.
