I have them on my G21, and I like them.

Have them on my XDsc 40SW which I carry. I have the Express Sights, not the Big Dot. I think for personal defense use they are perfect. Quick sight picture and very bright at night. Not the perfect sight for the competition......

I'll be picking up a pair, but having difficulty deciding on Big Dots or Standard Dots. I've yet to find a picture that compares them both together.

It isn't a comparison of sight pictures, but it should give you some idea what to expect. Big dot all the way for me, because mine is a SD and CC handgun and I would expect that if I had to use it, it would most likely be at close range, so faster target acquisition would be more important than precision marksmanship.
